Children's/
Youth Groups
Our Parish is spread over a wide geographical area, with
no Catholic school, and children at many different small village
schools.
However our children and young people have an active spiritual
and social part to play in our parish.
Catechetical programmes include

trips to Leeds cathedral to meet the Bishop
trying out handbell ringing
theatre trips, canal boat trips, concerts
Giant Picnics (not quite the Feeding of the 5000!)

Within the Parish and wider community
our young people have
sung at the local Women’s World Day of Prayer service
helped out at fund raising events
taken part in ecumenical youth Services
painted the upper gallery floor of our Church
helped plan and produce this Web site
